During my perimenopause I used to get severe stomach pain. My gynaecologist suggested yoga, in particular surya namaskar. Leelavati mam is a very compassionate teacher and taught me yogasanas and pranayamas. After six months I got my period without pain. My focus and energy level has increased. I feel fortunate to have a guru like Leelavati mam.
I always leave Leela garu's class feeling completely centered and renewed. Truly one of the best yoga teachers. Wonderful energy, thoughtful sequencing, and a truly grounding practice. Leela garu is an exceptional yoga instructor!
My husband and I have been taking private lessons with Leela madam for the past one year. I have personally seen many benefits — weight loss, gaining energy, focus, peace of mind among others. Personalisation of the class to my needs is very helpful. My quality of life has gone up considerably.
I have been practicing yoga with mam for more than 6 years now and I am attending therapy classes for cervical spondylosis which are the best. All other treatments only provided temporary relief, but with yoga I feel so satisfied and happy now.
I joined prenatal yoga, and it has helped me a lot with my back pain and stretching my body. I feel much better after the sessions!
Very knowledgeable. They helped me with my neck pain. I went to physiotherapy for 3 months, which I didn't find helpful, and after joining Madam's yoga classes I felt a lot of relief.
Started taking classes for knee pain and had great improvement.
Highly recommend this institute. The trainer is very knowledgeable and understands every problem in minute detail. She helps to resolve them quickly and thoroughly!
I started my yoga with them. It's been 2 years. I really enjoy and look forward to the class every day.
